Our Process

Whether your company is a small business or a large corporation, CFI can help you grow and realize continuous financial improvement. CFI’s consultant, Gerry Pandaleon, has extensive expertise in helping startups gain traction and assisting established companies with turning around or enhancing their business.

Gerry will review current and past financial statements to plan for the future. She will analyze critical areas of your operations, from product cost to selling price, and will develop a customized business plan and key performance indicators that incorporate your needs and goals.

Once the plan is agreed upon and implemented, Gerry will monitor your business with you, reviewing the custom “Green Light Reports” she develops for your business for accomplishments, outstanding action items and status of deliverables. Most importantly, she can suggest actions to ensure that your business is progressing toward the ultimate goal…continuous financial improvement.

How long will it take? The size of your company and the magnitude of the project determine the duration of our involvement. The typical project proposal includes our consultant at your location one day a week for three months to analyze data and prepare indicators specific to your needs. CFI will hand over monitoring responsibilities to the appropriate person or department at completion of the project.
