Snow gives you an Opportunity to…

January 23rd, 2016

IMG_1405IT’S SNOWING. TIME TO DO ADMINISTRATIVE WORK. OKAY GO PLAY IN THE SNOW FIRST.

You should have at least a half a day set aside to do Administrative Work during the week if you are small business owner. If you don’t, you are going to be doing paperwork at nights and weekends when you should be spending time with your significant other, spouse or kids. Yes. This isn’t easy for several reasons. You rather be making your product or service than doing paperwork. Paperwork doesn’t generate income but it may decrease penalties and late payments. Why is paperwork usually neglected? It has to do with numbers and is associated with pain and suffering. I am still trying to promote that numbers are fun, necessary and vital to your business. Yes. Paperwork is as much fun as sleigh riding.

July 7th, 2015

IMG_2409I believe in the  success of Fe Foundation and therefore I helped sponsor their graduation July 19, 2015.  As I mentioned earlier, the Fe Foundation is a program designed to select 35 latino students in the Lehigh Valley and give them a week of training at DeSales University to experience college life and develop a business plan.  The business plans were so professional you would of thought graduate students were presenting them.  To learn more about the Fe Foundation go to http://www.fe-foundation.org/.
