I can see why I am attracted to this book. The no-nonsense accountant with the brutal facts.
p.77 “Conduct autopsies, without blame.” Post mortem review of projects can be very valuable for regrouping and trying again if you can remove the emotion the blame.
p.83 “The Stockdale Paradox” is very interesting. The difference between optimism and realism is very clear in this example. What are your thoughts?
